ADMISSION

The welfare and advancement of the students as well as the college are the top priorities of the well-organized management system that oversees the institution. The efficient management and administration of the college is aided by a Technical Advisory Committee, a Managing Committee, and a Governing Council. The college's governing body establishes its policies and programs and keeps an eye on its advancement. Regarding academic programs and facilities, the technical advisory council makes suggestions and the managing committee implements those recommendations in every way.

Admissions Open for All First Year Under Graduate (UG) Courses Students who have passed in all the subjects in their 12 th Standard are eligible for First Year admission in Arts, Science and Commerce Programs. You can also visit college for any guidance or help required related to admission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Standards for selection

S.No DEPARTMENT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1 BSC CS Candidate seeking admission to the first year of the UG Degree Course should have passed the Higher Secondary Course Examination (Academic or Vocational) conducted by the Govt. of Tamilnadu with Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science as a subject or an Examination of any other University accepted as equivalent thereto by the Syndicate subject to such other conditions as may be prescribed. Such candidates shall be permitted to take the B.Sc. Degree Examination of this University after the completion of the Course of three Academic Years in this University / Colleges affiliated to this University and shall qualify for the B.Sc. Degree.
2 BSC MATHEMATICS Candidates for admission to the first year of the Degree Course of Bachelor of Science shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Examinations (Academic or Vocational stream) conducted by the Government of Tamilnadu with Mathematics as a subject of study or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereof by the Syndicate of Thiruvalluvar University subject to such other conditions as may be prescribed.
3 BCOM Candidates for admission to the first year of the Bachelor of Commerce Degree Course shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (Academic or Vocational Stream) conducted by the Government of Tamilnadu or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the Syndicate subject to such other conditions as may be prescribed.
4 BCOM CS Candidates for admission to the first year of the Bachelor of Commerce Degree Course shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (Academic or Vocational Stream) conducted by the Government of Tamilnadu or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the Syndicate subject to such other conditions as may be prescribed.
5 BBA Candidates for admission to the first year of the Bachelor of Business Administration full-time Degree Course shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Course Examination (Academic or Vocational) conducted by the Government of Tamilnadu or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the Syndicate subject to such conditions as may be prescribed .
6 BA TAMIL இளங்கலைப் பட்டப்படிப்பிற்கு முதலாண்டு சேர விரும்பும் மாணவர்கள் தமிழக அரசு நடத்திய கல்வி சார்ந்த ஃ தொழில் சார்ந்த பள்ளி மேல்நிலைப் படிப்பில் தமிழை ஒரு பாடமாகக் கொண்டு தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். அல்லது பல்கலைக் கழக ஆட்சி மன்றக் குழு மேற்காண் படிப்பிற்குச் சமமானதாகக் கருதும் படிப்பில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். இவ்விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் இப்பல்கலைக்கழகம் ஃ பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இணைந்துள்ள கல்லூரிகளில் மூன்று கல்வியாண்டு படிப்பை முடித்து இளங்கலை தேர்வு எழுதி, பட்டம் பெறத் தகுதியுடையவர்கள்.
7 MCOM A candidate who has passed the B.Com.B.Com.(Corporate Secretaryship), B.C.S., B.B.A., B.Com. (Bank Management).,B.A (Co-op.), B.A. (Economics), B.A. (Corporate Economics) and B.Sc. Mathematics or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.C.A. or B. Sc. (ISM) with any two Core Papers offered at the B.Com. level of this University or an Examination of any other University accepted by the Syndicate as equivalent thereto, shall be permitted to take the Master of Commerce Degree Examination of this University for a course of two Academic Years in the University Department / Colleges affiliated to the Thiruvalluvar University
